Shinya Kimura of Chabott Engineering

My buddy turned me on to this video last week and forgot to post it up.  All I gotta say is its an amazing video. Full screen and crank up the volume.  He apparently worked for owned Zero Engineering for a while but went on to open his own shop called Chabott Engineering.  Here's a link to his blog too.
